Bon Bon Tea House: Your Ultimate Bubble Tea Experience in Los Angeles

Friendly customer service who knew what they were talking about, I love the huge portion sizes. Only reason I come here. I gave it 4 stars because they lowkey take too long. Also, sometimes the boba tatses weird.

Jane was absolutely amazing. She was on register and unfortunately someone made my drink wrong, and when I told her she immediately fixed it. She was super friendly and had a good, bubbly customer service energy.

A great place to get some Green Apple Slush. This is one of the rare plave that will carry the Green Apple flavor for the slush. The wait isn't long but the hardest part about this place is finding parking. They get filled up quick, especially at night time. They also closed indoor sitting due to covid so you'll have to sip your drinks outside.

Great boba spot and definitely a favorite with the kiddos. Tons of flavor options and fun add-ons to choose from, and the drinks are consistently refreshing and well made. The vibe is casual and easy, making it a perfect stop after school or on a family outing. Always a hit with the kids.

Nice boba place, quite spacious. Our party of 6 people were able to fit in the sofa at the corner. Like their decorations style, pretty chill and relaxing. I got matcha latte and my friends got earl gray milk tea with pudding, taro milk tea, tiger milk tea, and strawberry smoothie, all of them were to their likes. They also have restroom, so it's a good place to chat and enjoy afternoon with friends.

Super friendly staff I've been coming here for years. The boba sizes are generous and there's tons of different flavors of milk teas and teas to try like red plum, rose cordial, pomegranate, honey oolong, and others that I liked. Their green tea is definitely more bitter than you'd expect and they're not like the more Taiwanese based boba stores with like osmanthus or more traditional tea variations but they're still really good for the price if you want something more fun. They're also very fast and I haven't had my order messed up ever. They also can host fundraisers at their locations I'm pretty sure also so that's a plus.

I live an hour away and come to this location that's how you know the boba is good ! But I'm writing the review because the workers are so sweet ! They don't hesitate to make sure you are happy. I'm gonna continue to come here every week .<3 :)
